Talentful Promotes 28% Of Employees After 2022 Mid-Year Review

In a post-pandemic world, we have seen a significant shift in employees’ expectations relating to personal value and the direct correlation with the impact they are having. Employee engagement, empowerment and learning opportunities have never been more important in the workplace.

To achieve our mission and, importantly, give people a sense of purpose and satisfaction, it’s vital that we continue to create an environment that drives engagement, provides opportunities for all members of our community, and creates meaningful learning experiences.
In 2022 we have made a significant investment in our People infrastructure by updating our career progression processes, expanding our L&D team, partnering with a world-leading learning platform and sending regular employee engagement surveys to ensure these investments are having the biggest impact. Developing our community has always been a critical part of our culture and we enable this by ensuring all members of our recruitment teams are given career frameworks and a dedicated learning program for their role and level. This promotes continuous learning and development to drive better outcomes for themselves, our community and our clients.
Our recent mid-year review resulted in 28.5% of Talentfolk being promoted into a new role, as well as a 2.4% increase in our leadership population. We believe in the importance of setting our community up for success, so it’s vital this includes the continued expansion of our leadership team to support Talenfolk in their current and future development.
Outside the review process, we had another eight promotions – three of which were into leadership roles. This takes the total of leadership promotions to an impressive eleven role changes, totaling 3% of the organization since January.
A big congratulations to our Talentfolk who were promoted and a massive thank you to those who continue to go above and beyond for our teams and clients. It is an absolute privilege to support people to reach the next phase in their career and we’re thrilled to be able to recognize the growth and achievements of so many talented people across the organization.
